Kind words
Here at Holistic Wellness Community we love to hear what you think. Read on to see what some of our class participants say.
I love Holistic Wellness Community and really feel there is nothing else quite like it. I always feel it’s too good to be true that there are such good opportunities at no cost, and they are accessible to everyone.
Sessions teach me that taking time for myself is allowed, nature & meditation is essential for my wellbeing. The activities offer the chance to escape or socialise, everything is acceptable. Having the chance to join this group at a time when finances are tight, is a blessing and I am so thankful.
I am so pleased I found HWC, my life would look very different if I didn’t have classes to look forward to. My life outside of work is pretty lonely. Friendship challenges left me alone and struggling with trust issues. The classes give me a sense of belonging and that I matter. My voice matters.
I really enjoy being part of the Holistic Wellness Community events. It’s run by a group of kind and passionate leaders who create such a warm, welcoming space. Their events are always thoughtfully put together and offer a great chance to connect with others in the community too.
It was the best Gong Bath I have attended! To be honest it was one of the best I ever had! The facilitators where very professional, kind and nurturing. Although many were present it felt like it was just for me.
